We had lunch at Nandos, then walked to another Draft House for a gin. It was an awesome catch-up, and we were grateful to Natalie for making the trip down to London from Bury-St-Edmunds, near Cambridge, to see us. She is an artist among other things, so she spent a bit of time in the museum afterwards.
We got the 390 bus back, which was also uncomfortable as they are not air-conditioned (not really a need I guess for most of the year), and because it was too hot even to drink wine, we went for a walk instead. We bought eggs for tea to save money, then went to bed at 10.30 pm. I managed to sleep well, despite the hard bed, and Neil had at last stopped sneezing. (He suffered from hay fever for the whole trip up to that point, but medication purchased that day seemed to do the trick!)
